North London Darkroom needs new members to share the space and facilities with photographers that have experience with darkroom printing and utilise it in their own work. We currently have two places available. The darkroom and finishing rooms will be open for viewing 12-7pm every Sunday in April 2014.

North London Darkroom was opened in May 2012, with a different slant on many of the darkrooms open in London. Primarily it is a private space for only a few photographers to share in to make professional prints of their own work. The darkroom does not offer tuition or lessons and does not have a short hire policy. Its a space for a few photographers to share and support, to make professional prints amongst other professionals. The infrastructure is to a high standard, with equipment from very well regarded professionals including from the National Galleries own darkroom. Their is a strong onus on archival print, utilising a high quality water supply and wash facilities.
